The Vacoline is the fully automatic solution for the chip crushing and vacuum transportation via piping in one system. Each tooling machine with such unit is connected to a centralized vacuum suction – making chip carts obsolete! The long and woolly chips are crushed in the Lanner chip crusher directly underneath the outlet of the tooling machine, accidently inserted tramp metals are separated. Afterwards the crushed free-flowing chips are transported via vacuum suction to the central chip treatment system.
The advantage of this solution is that it can be easily extended by additional Vacoline units. Fine chips e. g. coming from a saw, can be transported using the same vacuum unit without a crusher.
The Fluidline is the fully automatic solution for the chip crushing and transportation of the coolant together with the crushed chips. With the Fluidline the long and woolly chips can be crushed and afterwards pumped away together with the coolant directly at the tooling machine. This mixture is collected in the centralized coolant filtration system and the chips can be processed further in a centrifuge or briquetting press. The regained and the filtered coolant is pumped back to the tooling machine where the process repeats.
